Mission Statement:
Creating a network that makes the sale, purchase, and ownership
of land a better experience for all.
Eileen Dujardin
I came to Texas in 1994, when my husband and I moved from
northern Illinois to the Riesel area. Weather, land prices
and production potential brought us to central Texas.
I went to school in northern Illinois and earned a business
degree. I worked in sales management at a large construction
machinery manufacturer for years prior to moving to Texas.
I also trained and showed horses for over twenty years.
When I moved to Texas my focus changed from horses to raising
and showing cattle; however I still ride whenever I have
the opportunity. I thought showing horses was fun until
I discovered the excitement of showing cattle!
In 1996 I became a licensed realtor, and subsequently I
earned my GRI and ABR designation. I’ve also continued
my education with Realtor Land Institute courses in land
development and 1031 tax exchanges.
Ranching and raising cattle is my passion. I raise registered
Brahman and Simmental cattle, sell seed stock and show calves.
I’m an avid supporter of FFA and 4-H. I sponsor classes
at the Belt Buckle Bonanza and the Heart of Texas Fair every
year, and I sponsor kids that want to raise a steer or heifer
for 4-H or FFA. My husband runs a dozer and excavating business,
and we share the ranching duties.
I’m a member of the Falls County Beef and Forage
Committee, the Texas Simmental/Simbrah Association, the
American Brahman Breeders Association, the Texas Association
of Realtors and the Waco Board of Realtors, where I’ve
been a member of the Professional Standards Committee.
My goal is to make your ranch real estate buying or selling
as painless and trouble free as possible. I’d love
to talk with you about your property, or to be a key to
your dream ranch. Thank you for visiting Legacy Land and
Ranches.

Upon turning twenty land investments became my interest.
After getting my license in 1990 I started my career of
selling by taking a full time job with a national company.
In 1995 I opened my own business. My wife and I live near
Crawford, Texas on the 11/4 Ranch, which is high fenced.
Texas land is what I know and love and I take pride in researching
and providing as much information to my clients on the properties
that they are interested in. I deliver true professional
service to all parties involved.
Our web site offers ranch listings through out Texas. If
we don’t have a ranch listed to fit your needs, I
can serve you by helping you find property as your buyer’s
broker. I possess the skill, experience and contacts with
other land brokers. Your best interest is at the top of
my list.

I love the land market, and working with the best land
and ranch company in Central Texas is a blast! It is my
role to facilitate the creation of technologically advanced
systems that provide our customers with first class services
such as our brochures that include pictures, data sheets,
satellite imagery, topographical maps and location maps
on every property that we list. We map our work flow and
continually adjust our business processes to become increasingly
effective in marketing and serving our customers’
and agents’ needs.
I believe that it was through the life experience of visiting
many countries around the world that has helped me to realize
that no matter where one goes in the world, people are in
need of information. If one is able to simply and effectively
communicate the information that is needed, then one has
laid the ground work to becoming the best at what he does.
Here at Legacy Land and Ranches we strive to stay on the
cutting edge of
technology and business systems in order to communicate
quickly and efficiently. The result has been a host of satisfied
buyers and sellers, as our resume can attest!

Being a part of the team at Legacy Land and Ranches is
fun! I enjoy being a part of a group whose goal is to make
buying and selling land a pleasurable experience. My role
as office manager is to facilitate the smooth flow of operations.
My path here led through earning two degrees at Baylor
University and forty-one years as a teacher, high school
principal, and superintendent in the public schools. Now
I have more time to enjoy my grandchildren as well as the
other members of my family. Golf is even an enjoyable option
at times.
Life experiences have broadened considerably for me since
being born and reared in Falls County, located in the central
part of Texas. I still like to learn new things; so occasionally
I take advantage of continued education classes offered
at two nearby colleges.
